SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SPECIALIST (CHIEF OF STAFF)

About this role

You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements: One year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following tasks: Advising senior executives in a biomedical research organization, on strategic priorities and management improvements coordinating the implementation of executive decisions, policies, and initiatives across organizational components for a scientific research organization leading mission-critical projects for a biomedical agency involving organizational improvements, policy implementation, and cross-cutting program issues developing policy analyses, executive briefings, and executive communications that synthesize scientific and programmatic information to support decision-making and representing executive leadership in high-level engagements with government officials, Congressional staff, and other stakeholders to advance organizational priorities and resolve complex policy, legislative, and administrative issues for a biomedical research organization. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
