Be a critical part of a team that keeps the energy flowing! On Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you’ll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. As a Group Leader on Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you will lead a skilled group of professionals focused on designing safe, reliable, and future‑ready power infrastructure. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentorship, technical guidance, strategic planning, and who enjoys building strong client relationships while connecting daily project work to broader team and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and technical staff, supporting growth and development across all experience levels.
• Foster a culture of open communication, trust, collaboration, and alignment with the Substation & Power Generation team’s vision.
• Oversee project execution and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of substation design projects.
• Monitor group performance, workload, and utilization to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that enhance efficiency.
