π° Salary: $3,100 β $3,200/month

Contract Duration: 1 year, subject to extension for up to 1 year
ποΈ Contract Period: Jan 2027 β Dec 2027
β° Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am β 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
π Working Days: Monday to Friday
π« Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
π Service Period: 1 Jan β 22 Oct 2027 and 1 Jan β 27 Oct 2028 (extension duration), excluding school holidays and public holidays.
β’ Working hours may occasionally be extended based on school requirements, with time-off in lieu provided where applicable.
π Job Requirements
β’ Minimum Diploma, preferably in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling or a related discipline.
β’ At least 1 year of experience working with youths and/or handling discipline matters.
β’ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
β’ Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
π Job Responsibilities
β’ Support student discipline matters, including patrols, investigations, late-coming and detention/in-house suspension.
β’ Monitor and follow up on disciplinary cases and corrective work orders.
β’ Maintain student discipline, attendance and late-coming records using school systems.
β’ Support student management programmes for targeted students.
β’ Accompany students for off-site activities when required.
β’ Analyse discipline and attendance data to identify trends and support follow-up.
β’ Perform other related administrative and student support duties.
