Location: Head office- Durbanville, with some sites within the Paarl and Cape Town area.

Our client, a reputable construction company specialising in high-rise residential and commercial developments, is seeking a skilled Structural Foreman to lead and supervise structural teams on complex high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct on-site structural work including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement in high-rise buildings.
Coordinate and manage daily activities of structural workers ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
Monitor materials and equipment usage and report shortages or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely records including daily progress reports and labor attendance.
Train and mentor junior staff and laborers for skill development and safety awareness.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Structural Foreman on high-rise building projects (at least 10 storeys).
Previous employment at a reputable construction company (e.g. WBHO, H&I, or similar)
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods and standards.
Proven ability to manage and lead site teams effectively.
Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and site practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
R35 000 - R40 000 CTC per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
