They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.</p> <p>In this role, you will work from <strong>early-stage definition to final execution</strong>, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated.&nbsp;This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events</li> <li>Own projects from early planning stages through execution</li> <li>Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards</li> </ul> <h4><strong>2. Operational Strategy &amp; Design (0→1)</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Translate partner needs into scalable operational models</li> <li>Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed</li> <li>Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it</li> </ul> <h4><strong>3. Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans</li> <li>Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies</li> <li>Make decisions with incomplete information</li> </ul> <h4><strong>4. Cross-functional Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams</li> <li>Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan</li> <li>Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners</li> </ul> <h4><strong>5. Execution Oversight</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground</li> <li>Support local teams in executing complex setups</li> <li>Step in when needed to unblock critical issues</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What Success Looks Like:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Complex events are delivered <strong>without relying on existing playbooks</strong></li> <li>New operational models are <strong>designed, tested, and reused</strong></li> <li>Partners see Fever as a <strong>strategic operator, not just an executor</strong></li> <li>Ambiguity is reduced through <strong>clear structure and decision-making</strong></li> <li>Projects move forward <strong>without constant supervision or escalation</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You:</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Experience</strong></h4> <ul> <li>2–5 years of experience in:</li> <ul> <li>Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR</li> <li>Strategy &amp; Operations roles in high-growth companies&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li>Proven experience solving <strong>complex, ambiguous problems</strong></li> <li>Experience leading projects end-to-end</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Skills &amp; Mindset</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Structured problem solver</strong>: you break down complexity into clear actions</li> <li><strong>Builder mentality</strong>: you create solutions where none exist</li> <li><strong>High ownership</strong>: you operate independently with minimal guidance</li> <li><strong>Strategic + execution balance</strong>: you can design and implement</li> <li><strong>Strong stakeholder management</strong>: you influence without authority</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience in operational environments…
