To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a **Strategic Change Analyst** to join its Brussels-based office.

* Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit **strategic roadmap** * Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling * Prepare **presentations, reports and strategic updates** for **senior management and executive** committees * Conduct **business and strategic analyses** to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities * Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation * Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights * Contribute to the **optimization and simplification** of **internal processes** across the business unit * Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities * Support the **annual budgeting process** and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses * Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting * Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring * Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes
