The ideal candidate has a background in Operations and/or Strategy, a passion for process improvement, and strength in developing relationships between teams.</p> <p>This role will report to the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence.</p> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.</p> <p>The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $130,000 to $155,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and improvements across Operations and cross-functionally</li> <li>Lead strategic, performance improvement, and software projects end-to-end - from identifying opportunities, defining analysis, leading data collection, assessing findings, synthesizing learnings, and driving implementation</li> <li>Deliver executive-quality presentations and written communications to gain stakeholder buy-in during times of hyper-growth and change</li> <li>Perform ad hoc analyses including financial/operational modeling, process design, and research</li> <li>Contribute as a flexible all-around team player - your responsibilities will constantly be growing and evolving based on business needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical problem solving skills, executive communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity</li> <li>5+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles </li> <li>Demonstrated experience and understanding of supply chain operations in an e-commerce or retail setting</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and/or CPG is a plus</li> <li>Highly detailed, organized, and structured problem solver</li> <li>Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Science, Business Admin., Economics, Finance preferred</li> <li>People development and managerial experience, with direct reports, is a plus</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Fast-paced learner and self-starter, comfortable operating in a startup environment</li> </ul> <p>#LI-TC1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-FULLTIME</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who We Are:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
