If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.</div>&nbsp; In this Role, you’ll get to: <ul> <li> Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised&nbsp;of&nbsp;top producing&nbsp;hotel partners).&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners,&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Maintains meaningful &amp; high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face&nbsp;interaction&nbsp;a quarter.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in&nbsp;a timely&nbsp;and effective manner.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> <li> Is capable of handling&nbsp;both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li> </ul> What you’ll Need to Succeed:  <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree &nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management &nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Strong interpersonal skills &amp; ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders &nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred &nbsp; </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Ability to&nbsp;convince&nbsp; senior&nbsp;stakeholders with insight from&nbsp;data&nbsp;&nbsp;and&nbsp;problem-solving skills  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work…
