As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own a large enterprise account and be accountable for a clear, executable strategy to exceed revenue, bookings, and consumption goals. You will execute with urgency and discipline, consistently overachieving targets while building deep, boardroom-level relationships and serving as a trusted Data & AI advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
Your mission is to drive sustained growth and deepen engagement within one of our most strategic customer partnerships in the region.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute an account strategy that accelerates revenue growth and drives increased platform consumption
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on Data & AI transformation
• Co-develop a comprehensive business plan with internal teams and ecosystem partners to exceed quarterly and annual bookings and consumption targets
• Lead customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact big data and AI use cases, proving business value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• Drive customer transformation through a coordinated approach that includes strategic partnerships, scoped professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, long-term adoption, and expansion

• Enable customers to realise tangible value from big data and AI initiatives at scale
• Consistently exceed revenue, booking, and consumption goals through disciplined execution and strategic leadership
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing large, enterprise accounts and leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (retail experience preferred)
• Background in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments
• Track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies
• Experience driving usage- and commit-based engagement models
• Strong co-selling experience with cloud vendors and Global Systems Integrators
• Demonstrated ability to build executive business cases and secure C-level sponsorship
• Expertise in value-based selling within complex enterprise environments
