Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this vital role, you will oversee the stewarding department to ensure all kitchen and banquet areas maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting the overall food and beverage operations seamlessly. You will lead a team of stewards, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, efficient waste management, and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment. Your leadership will contribute significantly to the smooth running of the hotel’s culinary services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and banquet areas. Lead, train, and motivate a team of stewards to uphold hotel standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed. Coordinate with kitchen and food service teams to ensure timely and efficient operations. Implement waste management and recycling programs. Prepare reports on stewarding activities and issues for management review. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in stewarding supervision, preferably within 5-star luxury hotel environments. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards. Must be currently in UAE. Benefits As per the market standards
