The team partners closely with Security, Business Development, PeopleOps, and Corporate functions to deliver resilient, standardized, and automation-first IT solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>As the Senior IT Systems Engineer, M&amp;A, you will own the end-to-end technical integration experience for all CoreWeave acquisitions. You’ll design and execute scalable, secure, and repeatable M&amp;A integration frameworks—from technical due diligence through day-one readiness and post-close stabilization. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring deep technical expertise across identity, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT systems, as well as the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll be instrumental in building the playbooks and standards that enable CoreWeave to scale through acquisition.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain CoreWeave’s M&amp;A playbooks, runbooks, operating frameworks, and tooling to enable repeatable and predictable integrations.<br><br></li> <li>Own the full technical M&amp;A lifecycle, including IT due diligence, day-one integration, and post-close stabilization.<br><br></li> <li>Build and execute detailed integration roadmaps with clear milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder visibility.<br><br></li> <li>Partner closely with Enterprise Security to ensure all integrations meet CoreWeave’s security and compliance standards.<br><br></li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Box, GitHub, and SharePoint.<br><br></li> <li>Design and implement modern identity architectures, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SSO/MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and identity federation models.<br><br></li> <li>Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence strategies, and service rationalization plans.<br><br></li> <li>Drive consolidation to CoreWeave-standard platforms to improve operational simplicity and scalability.<br><br></li> <li>Participate in on-call rotation as a senior escalation point for IT engineering issues.<br><br></li> <li>Continuously improve tooling, automation, documentation, and integration processes.<br><br></li> <li>Communicate clearly and proactively with executives, cross-functional partners, and acquired organizations.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>7–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture.<br><br></li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience leading M&amp;A technical integrations or large-scale SaaS and tenant migrations.<br><br></li> <li>Deep technical expertise in:<br><br></li> <ul> <li>SaaS collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.).<br><br></li> <li>Modern identity systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta).<br><br></li> <li>Authentication and access controls including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Device Trust, and Zero Trust principles.<br><br></li> </ul> <li>Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Golang, or similar languages.<br><br></li> <li>Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible.<br><br></li> <li>Experience implementing observability and monitoring for SaaS and core IT systems.<br><br></li> <li>Proven ability to produce clear technical documentation and lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating rapidly scaling, cloud-native, or high-growth organizations.<br><br></li> <li>Experience with API-based integration and automation platforms (e.g.,…
