Our team thrives on ambition, innovation, and collaboration—qualities&nbsp;we look for in every new hire.</p> <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Staff</strong> <strong>Product Manager, Platform</strong>, you will help us transform our industry-leading platform&nbsp;which commercial contractors depend on to new benchmarks that allow us to capture a new&nbsp;scale of demand and fuel the continued innovation we’re building. You’ll partner closely with our&nbsp;customers to deeply understand their people, organizational structures, processes, and what&nbsp;they need from their operations platform—then translate that into solutions that drive&nbsp;measurable outcomes for both our customers and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally&nbsp;with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership, and you’ll be accountable&nbsp;for customer-driven KPIs and clear business impact.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Own the product vision and roadmap</strong> for the entire Platform itself, driving strategy and execution with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, QA, and data partners.</li> <li><strong>Lead a cross-functional team on platform optimization efforts </strong>to increase velocity of all squads as they build and the quality of what ultimately goes out.</li> <li><strong>Engage directly with both enterprise and SMB customers</strong> to uncover needs, validate solutions, and ensure we’re solving real problems.</li> <li><strong>Design solutions with both near-term value and long-term scalability in mind</strong> being able to articulate and communicate those tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Leverage AI and ML to challenge traditional approaches</strong>, exploring and shipping innovative experiences that materially improve velocity and quality - both internally and&nbsp;externally.</li> <li><strong>Align the roadmap with company objectives</strong> by working closely with other Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation to prioritize opportunities and&nbsp;trade-offs.</li> <li><strong>Lead go-to-market and change management</strong> for your domain: communicate priorities and feature launches across the company, and partner with Customer Success to drive&nbsp;successful rollouts and adoption.</li> <li><strong>Run effective beta programs with early adopters</strong>, capturing feedback to refine experiences before broader release.</li> <li><strong>Own clear customer and business outcomes</strong>, defining and tracking KPIs that improve platform value and support revenue and retention goals.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We Look For</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years of experience in the technology industry</strong>, with <strong>5+ years in Product</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Management for B2B SaaS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in <strong>leading complex cross-cutting platform initiatives</strong></li> <li>Experience <strong>building end-to-end product experiences</strong>, including prototyping and solution development with AI coding assistants.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with <strong>enterprise software considerations </strong>(from workflows to features and to non-functional requirements).</li> <li>Mission-driven mindset, <strong>motivated by complex, real-world challenges</strong> faced by commercial subcontractors.</li> <li>Experience working in a <strong>technical environment</strong>, with <strong>basic SQL</strong> skills and proficiency in analytics tools to inform decisions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>agile development methodologies</strong> and a track record of working effectively with engineering and design in an agile environment.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>communication and collaboration skills</strong>, with experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, CS, Implementation, PS).</li> <li>Strong <strong>analytical skills</strong> and the ability to use data—both quantitative and qualitative—to&nbsp;shape product strategy and day-to-day prioritization.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Someone with a <strong>genuine interest in construction tech</strong> and the customers we serve.</li> <li>A <strong>strategic thinker</strong> who thrives in a high-growth startup environment.</li> <li>Comfortable <strong>navigating ambiguity</strong> and breaking down complex, messy problem spaces&nbsp;into clear, actionable work.</li> <li>A <strong>self-starter</strong> who takes ownership, follows through, and delivers results without needing heavy direction.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn</strong> from customers and teammates across disciplines.</li> <li>A <strong>team player with integrity, grit, and a strong work ethic</strong>, who raises the bar for those around…
