The Opportunity:

As Staff Product Manager for Grow's New Models & Markets team, you'll own new products and business offerings within Grow, particularly in the payor and EAP space.

Behavioral health access is no longer the industry's biggest challenge — now payors (health insurers) are grappling with how to manage cost, quality, and outcomes at scale. As a Staff PM, you will be responsible for both deepening our partnerships with payors, as well as building an entirely new category of B2B offering for employers.

You'll be expected to shape both the strategy and the build as you go. This role calls for someone who thinks in systems — not just features — and who can move fluidly between high-level strategy and the tactical complexities of the healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Own the next phase of Grow's strategic payor partnership roadmap, including deepening existing partnerships.

- Define the product vision and MVP for Grow's next generation EAP offering, building on our existing early customers and first generation offering.

- Design for the full pathway a client, employer, or payor takes through Grow's systems — thinking at the systems level, not just the feature level.

- Partner directly with our VP of Corporate Development to shape how Grow approaches new payor and employer partnership models.

- Navigate the tactical complexity of authorizations, contracts, and payor requirements as part of building something that's still early at Grow.

- Shape an early-stage offering from the ground-up, contributing real strategic and product vision along the way – not just executing against a defined spec.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

- You've worked as a Staff-level Product Manager (or equivalent scope), with a track record of owning strategy for a full end-to-end surface area, not just a feature set.

- You have experience in healthcare and are intellectually curious about solving hard problems within healthcare.

- You've taken something early-stage and defined its direction in a high-ambiguity space before, and you're energized by defining scope rather than being handed it.

- You have experience in a role that blends strategy, partnerships, and product execution.

- You know how to balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments and focus on what drives the most impact.

- A track record of owning outcomes, not just outputs — you care about whether the thing you shipped actually moved the needle.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Nice to have:

- Deep familiarity with authorizations and payor mechanics — you understand how insurance contracts, claims, and reimbursement actually work.

Employment Type: Full Time
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $200,000–$250,000 USD Annually.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
