The Platform Staff Product Manager at Conga is responsible for the direction, planning, execution, and delivery of our core platform capabilities — the foundational services that power the entire Conga product suite. You won't just be building a product; you'll be building the engine other products are built on. Here you bridge the technical and business worlds, working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to define and evolve the APIs, integrations, and shared services that make Conga's ecosystem thrive. Are you the person we’re looking for?

Platform & API Product Experience. You have 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment. You have a proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services — and you deeply understand what it means to treat internal teams as your customers. Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle is strongly desired. Knowledge of data movement using orchestration such as ADF, and schema/metadata management is important.
