You won't just be building a product; you'll be building the engine other products are built on. Here you bridge the technical and business worlds, working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to define and evolve the APIs, integrations, and shared services that make Conga's ecosystem thrive. Your decisions ripple across every product team and every customer. You'll be setting standards, defining developer experiences, and making the hard trade-offs that balance internal needs with external extensibility. You have the technical depth to engage with engineers at the architecture level, and the strategic mindset to translate platform capabilities into measurable business value.
