This team is a full stack team, in which there are Android, iOS, Web and Backend engineers. As the engineer of Search AI Product Engineering team, you will own one of the most critical product surfaces on Coupang's app – Search and Discovery surfaces where 60%+ of transactions happen.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Engineer robust AI harness solutions to power the Search AI Product Engineering team</li> <li>Develop and launch groundbreaking AI-driven experiences for Coupang's search and discovery platforms</li> <li>Drive the high-quality development and maintenance of critical iOS search components, ensuring a robust, fluent, and lightning-fast user experience that wows our customers.</li> <li>Strategically collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, end-to-end user experiences.</li> <li>Apply best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile products</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of professional iOS development experience, demonstrating deep proficiency in swift</li> <li>Proven track record developing and scaling high-quality, large-scale consumer mobile applications</li> <li>Hands-on experience engineering robust AI harness solutions</li> <li>Expertise utilizing data analytic tools (e.g., Presto, Jupyter) to drive product insights</li> <li>Ability to design, execute, and analyze complex A/B tests and experiments to inform product decisions</li> <li>Experience with architecture patterns like MVVM, modern concurrency (Combine / async-await), and data persistence (Core Data)</li> <li>Deep and practical…
