You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as </span><span class="OYPEnA">DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK.</span></p></div><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Leadership & Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Guide architectural decisions for computer vision and multimodal systems</li> <li>Drive implementation of novel ML approaches and best practices</li> <li>Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions</li> <li>Establish patterns for model development and deployment</li> <li>Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies</li> <li>Ensure technical excellence across ML initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Mentorship & Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mentor senior and junior machine learning engineers</li> <li>Foster a culture of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Guide career development of team members</li> <li>Lead technical discussions and learning sessions</li> <li>Review and provide feedback on technical approaches</li> <li>Help build and maintain high engineering standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Implementation & Scale</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead development of complex ML systems and architectures</li> <li>Guide optimization of model performance and efficiency</li> <li>Establish frameworks for model evaluation and validation</li> <li>Drive improvements in development and deployment processes</li> <li>Ensure production readiness and system reliability</li> <li>Architect scalable ML solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field</li> <li>8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI</li> <li>Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning</li> <li>Proven track record of leading successful ML projects</li> <li>Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures</li> <li>Deep understanding of ML system design and scalability</li> <li>Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks</li> <li>Extensive experience with production ML systems</li> <li>Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges</li> <li>Strong background in performance optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership & Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers</li> <li>Strong track record of driving technical decisions</li> <li>Excellence in technical communication and documentation</li> <li>Experience leading architectural discussions</li> <li>Ability to influence and drive consensus</li> <li>Track record of fostering team growth</li> </ul> <p>This role offers the opportunity to shape both our technical direction and team growth while working on cutting-edge computer vision systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong mentorship abilities to drive both project success and team development.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p> <p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is between <strong>22,110,000 HUF and 26,950,000 HUF annually</strong>. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority compared to others performing substantially similar work.
