This is a<strong> Remote – Brazil</strong> position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At the BASE (Business Architecture Services), we build the heart of the Wellhub business model. Our mission is to help Wellhub build a truly scalable platform to support dozens of millions of active users and clients around the world with high availability while being flexible and extensible to incorporate new business models.<br>In this role, you will go beyond coding — you will drive technical excellence across services and teams, mentoring engineers, shaping frontend architecture, and ensuring Wellhub continues to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric solutions. As a Staff/Specialist Frontend Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of some critical product flows and deliveries. You will be involved from the beginning of the product lifecycle, partnering with product and design, defining technical approaches, and delivering high-impact solutions. Your work will ensure performance, reliability, and overall product excellence across BASE services.<br>This role combines strong frontend expertise with leadership in a critical position that delivers meaningful impact across the organization, spanning from system architecture to implementation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the frontend development in the BASE Focus Area, influencing architecture and design decisions across teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement straightforward solutions to complex scenarios, ensuring scalability and maintainability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with product managers and designers to translate vision and needs into technical solutions that make sense to the engineering team, and vice versa.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a focal point in the communication with other teams and areas of the company.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a technical reference to the team and gain recognition as such across the company.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
