Position Overview
As the SEC Reporting Staff Accountant, you'll be an integral part of Celsius' external reporting function, supporting the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all SEC filings across the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu®, and Rockstar® portfolio. This role will interface with the general ledger team, tax team, international teams, the legal department, and both the internal & external auditors.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree a plus
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA licensure preferred
Experience:  1–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting at a publicly traded company; Big 4 or national firm experience a plus
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective team collaboration
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties
Knowledge of Workiva is a plus
Willingness to work in the office daily

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain supporting schedules, tie-out documentation, and financial statement workpapers for quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Prepare audit support schedules and respond to internal and external auditor requests across the 10-Q and 10-K cycles
Support the preparation of interim and annual disclosure checklists and supplemental schedules to ensure compliance with requirements
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and journal entries in support of the financial close process
Assist in the research and initial documentation of technical accounting matters, including preparation of accounting position memos under relevant ASC guidance
Monitor new GAAP pronouncements and SEC regulatory updates to support timely awareness and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information required for financial disclosures
Other ad hoc projects as needed

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
