ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive software integration, execution, and deliverables for wireless radio system modules operating in software defined vehicles. This includes LTE and 5G cellular radios, eSIM, WiFi, and future wireless connectivity standards. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in wireless software system knowledge and software product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive software execution work including internal development, vendor software release and integration, validation, and issue management for on-time product delivery
- Collaborate with software developers, technical partners, and testing teams to achieve business and technical goals
- Develop trusted relationships and improve processes to increase development velocity
- Provide technical judgement to make plans, decisions, and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain integration schedules, roadmaps, priorities and execution plans
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years experience with wireless industry standards (e.g. cellular 3GPP), mobile network operators, RF, WiFi, and/or firmware development
- Experience with Linux/Android-based embedded systems and electronics hardware.
- Product development experience in computer engineering and/or electronics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience or familiarity with automotive-grade software development is a plus.
- Familiarity with vehicle communication standards and networks (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, UDS).

Payments are discretionary and not guaranteed; actual amounts depend on company results and the terms of the plan in effect, and require active employment at the time of payout. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), subject to board approval and the terms of our equity incentive plans, including applicable vesting requirements.
