Join us!</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="p-pdf_iframe__page" data-page-number="1"> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">The Opportunity<br>Blink Health is looking for a Senior PM to lead strategic development across internal platforms,<br>partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations. This role is for a product leader who thrives in<br>technical problem spaces, challenges legacy business models, and makes complex processes<br>simple and scalable. Experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management - clearinghouses, PA<br>workflows, payer connectivity, eligibility, and claims - is preferred. Pharmacy Program<br>Management or Operations/Ops Excellence experience is transferable.<br><br>● True 0→1 scope: you'll build from scratch with a small, sharp team<br>● Deep cross-functional ownership across Engineering, Data, and Operations<br>● Ability to stretch into programmatic, financial, and customer engagement dimensions as<br>the product scales<br><br>You'll play a central role in shaping the systems that power BlinkRx's commercial and pharmacy<br>operations - building foundational tools designed to scale with the business.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>● Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internal<br>and external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx.<br>● Lead the roadmap for external system integrations.<br>● Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical<br>solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.<br>● Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core business<br>processes and reduce friction for downstream teams.<br>● Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve tools<br>based on data and user feedback.<br>● Identify opportunities in our business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild for<br>scale.<br><br>Qualifications<br>● 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform tools, internal<br>systems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.<br>Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role; able to<br>engage deeply with architecture and backend systems strongly preferred.<br>● Adept at untangling complex, interdependent systems and turning them into scalable,<br>efficient solutions.<br>● Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration<br>patterns; capable of translating business needs into technical specs.<br>● Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such as<br>conversational AI, copilots, automation, or decision-support systems. Ability to translate<br>existing workflows into intelligent AI journeys that improve agent efficiency, reduce<br>handle time, and enhance customer experience.<br>● Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science,<br>compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements, validate models, and<br>implement monitoring frameworks. Track and optimize KPIs such as call resolution rate,<br>prior authorization turnaround, medication access speed, patient satisfaction<br>(CAHPS/CSAT), and regulatory adherence.<br>● Data driven with a demonstrable history of using data to inform decisions, measure<br>success, and prioritize development.<br>● A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, keeping stakeholders aligned, and<br>pushing through ambiguity with clarity and focus.<br>● Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product direction,<br>technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences.<br>● Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software preferred<br><br>Ideal Candidate<br>● Prior experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - clearinghouses, PA<br>workflows, payer connectively, eligibility, claims<br>● True 0→1 product scope, hungry to build something from scratch with a small, sharp<br>team<br>● Ability to stretch into programmatic components, financials and customer engagement<br>for overall product success as…
