Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Engineering, you will recruit, mentor, and direct a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who translate complex business challenges into high-impact, Agentic AI systems.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You don't just manage a team; you lead from the front, acting as the company’s most technically fluent business consultant and our customers' most trusted AI architect. You will partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure our AI platform is not only adopted but becomes the backbone of our customers' operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will lead a specialized, high-impact technical division within our global Sales organization. Coach them to develop both their technical AI/ML skills and their ability to command a C-suite boardroom.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strategic GTM Leadership: Partner with Sales leadership to identify "must-win" accounts where Agentic AI can be a differentiator.
