This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a motivated Physical Security System Design and Project Manager .  The role will provide security design, project management and system engineering expertise to support a variety of electronic security system construction projects across the Company.  The ideal candidate will be have deep knowledge of security system infrastructure and be responsible for following company system design and setup guidelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing work independently with responsibilities to include: preparing designs, cost management and procurement, project management, installation & system configuration support, troubleshooting, and other tasks to ensure quality and timely security system launches and stable operational support.  You will regularly communicate with your team and team lead, other security and non-security stakeholders, security operations teams at various facilities, contracted technical personnel, and other vendors. You will report on progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents and support system health.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Description Summary</strong></p> <p>Physical Security System Design and Project Manager.  The role will provide security design, project management and system engineering expertise to support a variety of electronic security system construction projects across the Company.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Strategy & Planning</p> <ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Prepares early cost estimates and prepares designs and working with the stakeholders to deliver within budget.</li> <li>Updates monthly and quarterly finance forecasts based on project completion progress.</li> <li>Reports weekly project status to overall project dashboard.</li> <li>Report to team various activities, problems and solutions achieved.</li> <li>Develop quarterly goals and work to achieve them.</li> <li>Collaborates with other design leads, project managers, system admins, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and load balance projects.</li> <li>Aides in development of and maintains written standards that document global security requirements for the assigned projects.</li> <li>Supports global projects and interfaces with employees, contractors and other stakeholders in APAC, US, and China markets.</li> </ul> </ul> </ul> <p>Security Design</p> <ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Conducts location specific technical security audits and assessments to validate current state security equipment and security equipment designs to established industry and compliance with company security policies and standards.</li> <li>Coordinates with various departments, business units and stakeholder to plan, design and coordinate security system installation according to the company standards.</li> <li>Prepares security designs and technical specifications (scopes of work) for vendors.</li> <li>Coordinates with CAD design team to ensure drawings are accurate and reflect the correct scope of work as well as updating when / if design changes occur.</li> <li>Maintains Sharepoint file and folder organization and accurate design documentation for bids, design changes, system programming and records management.</li> <li>Designs technical security for sites including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Key Management, Intercoms, Speed Gates, Fire Safety interfaces and ensures compliance with the company Enterprise Security Software. Applications may include access doors, vehicle boom barriers, external and internal CCTV, speed gates, fencing,  etc.…</li> <li>Reviews and approves closeout documentation from vendors, including as-built drawings, product specifications, and project archive.</li> </ul> </ul> </ul> <p>Procurement Support</p> <ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Coordinates with Procurement for submitting scopes of work and reviewing bids (Bill-of-Materials (BOM) from vendors.</li> <li>Reviews contractor’s quotations and reports deficiencies in the system requirements and documentation to the appropriate parties affected.</li> <li>Prepares detailed costs estimates of early development projects.</li> <li>Works with financial tools to submit costs, orders, and other details for internal approvals.</li> <li>Tracks internal approvals and monitors for delay and remove barriers in the approval process.</li> </ul> </ul> </ul> <p>Project Implementation Support</p> <ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Project coordination and project management support provided to…
