Sr Contracts Associate

About this role

As a Senior Contracts Associate here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Assistant General Counsel, and you’ll work Remote.You will provide contract management support throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating flow-downs, interpretation and administration of contractual documents. You will identify and mitigate risks associated with non-standard terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, internal company procedures, and applicable laws. Honeywell conducts business with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. You will report directly to our Assistant General Counsel, and you’ll work Remotely. In this role, you will contribute to Honeywell’s Integrated Supply Chain contracting operations by supporting the contract formation process, advising internal stakeholders on contractual requirements, and helping drive continuous improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of our contract management processes.
