About this role

A trusted, NDIS-registered allied health provider is growing its clinical team and seeking a Speech Pathologist to join its Werribee clinic. You'll enjoy a balanced caseload - around 60–70% in-clinic sessions and 30–40% delivered in community and home settings across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. The team is warm, collaborative and genuinely multidisciplinary, including OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants, all working under a person-centred, evidence-informed model.

Your caseload
100% NDIS participants
Primarily paediatric with some adult presentations (early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency)
Assessment, therapy delivery and family/caregiver coaching
Collaboration with OTs, behaviour support clinicians and allied health assistants

What you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered on merit)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential for community visits)
Full Australian working rights
