Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute a monthly social media content strategy

• Manage and handle multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

• Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaigns

Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to ensure visuals align with campaign goals

•
Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Manage inbox, comments, and emails with professional communication

• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

• Conduct trend analysis, competitor research, and identify growth opportunities

• Adapt responsibilities based on project and client requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts

•
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles

•
Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends

• Ability to generate original content ideas independently (not fully reliant on AI tools)

• Must be available for full-time work

• Flexibility to be available after working hours when required for client meetings
