Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><p class="p1"> </p> <h4 class="p1"><strong>Your mission:</strong></h4> <p class="p1">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Team. This role focuses on developing impactful dashboards using Metabase, automating ALM reporting processes, and building efficient scripts for specific data queries and transformations. You will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making for the ALM function by designing scalable data solutions and visualizations.</p> <p class="p3"> </p> <h4 class="p1"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h4> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Metabase for ALM reporting and analysis</li> <li class="li1">Automate ALM reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical reports</li> <li class="li1">Write efficient, scalable scripts (in Python, SQL, etc.) to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources</li> <li class="li1">Collaborate with ALM analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for downstream applications and reporting</li> <li class="li1">Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability. Implement version control and documentation for dashboards and scripts</li> </ul> <p class="p3"> </p> <h4 class="p1"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h4> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or BI Developer role with a strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with large datasets</li> <li class="li1">Proven experience in building and deploying dashboards in Tableau and Metabase</li> <li class="li1">Understanding of financial concepts and blockchain fundamentals</li> <li class="li1">Experience with ETL tools, workflow automation, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
