You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating risk and audit challenges into clear, compelling solutions that drive real business value.</p> <p data-start="1058" data-end="1246">If you enjoy combining domain expertise, storytelling, and customer interaction and want to move beyond traditional internal risk or audit roles, this is a strong next step.</p> <p data-start="1058" data-end="1246"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <h4 data-start="1275" data-end="1313">Customer & Commercial Partnership</h4> <ul data-start="1314" data-end="1804"> <li data-start="1314" data-end="1470"> <p data-start="1316" data-end="1470">Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle, helping customers understand how Diligent solves real-world risk and audit challenges.</p> </li> <li data-start="1471" data-end="1594"> <p data-start="1473" data-end="1594">Deliver tailored, high-impact software demonstrations that clearly articulate business value not just product features.</p> </li> <li data-start="1595" data-end="1697"> <p data-start="1597" data-end="1697">Engage confidently with senior leaders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance functions.</p> </li> <li data-start="1698" data-end="1804"> <p data-start="1700" data-end="1804">Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives that support deal progression and closure.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1806" data-end="1847">Solution Design & Thought Leadership</h4> <ul data-start="1848" data-end="2261"> <li data-start="1848" data-end="1956"> <p data-start="1850" data-end="1956">Design and present solution architectures that align with customer objectives and regulatory environments.</p> </li> <li data-start="1957" data-end="2064"> <p data-start="1959" data-end="2064">Articulate the cross-platform value of the Diligent Platform and how it supports integrated GRC programs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2065" data-end="2162"> <p data-start="2067" data-end="2162">Collaborate with Product teams to provide customer and domain feedback on product enhancements.</p> </li> <li data-start="2163" data-end="2261"> <p data-start="2165" data-end="2261">Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2263" data-end="2284">Domain Expertise</h4> <ul data-start="2285" data-end="2618"> <li data-start="2285" data-end="2388"> <p data-start="2287" data-end="2388">Apply practical knowledge of Audit, Risk Management, and IT Compliance in customer conversations.</p> </li> <li data-start="2389" data-end="2502"> <p data-start="2391" data-end="2502">Leverage familiarity with industry frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST RMF, and related standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="2503" data-end="2618"> <p data-start="2505" data-end="2618">Demonstrate how modern GRC platforms enable risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation at scale.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Experience</strong></p> <ul data-start="2655" data-end="3232"> <li data-start="2503" data-end="2618">Experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC, either in a customer-facing role or within industry.</li> <li data-start="2775" data-end="2896"> <p data-start="2777" data-end="2896">Experience working with SaaS solutions or strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="2897" data-end="2989"> <p data-start="2899" data-end="2989">Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.</p> </li> <li data-start="2990" data-end="3066"> <p data-start="2992" data-end="3066">Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes.</p> </li> <li data-start="3067" data-end="3164"> <p data-start="3069" data-end="3164">Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen both technical and domain knowledge.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span…
