As a **Solutions Engineer**, you are responsible for both the design and implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers.

* Analyze customer requirements, operational data and logistics flows * Design efficient warehouse processes, layouts and automation concepts * Develop pricing models, cost calculations and business cases * Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposals * Manage implementation projects from concept to go-live * Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and external stakeholders * Monitor project scope, budget, planning and operational readiness * Ensure a successful start-up and smooth transition into daily operations * Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives * Support business development activities and participate in customer meetings and negotiations.
