The Global Field Organization owns our technical customer relationships and partners hands-on with some of the most advanced AI teams in the world. CoreWeave Federal, the newest team within the GFO, brings this platform to U.S. government agencies, the Intelligence Community, and the Defense Industrial Base — where some of the hardest and most consequential AI deployment problems live: real-time geospatial analysis, intelligence at scale, autonomous systems, and secure multi-agent workflows, all under the toughest compliance constraints in the industry. We hire field engineers who want to apply the stack powering frontier AI labs to missions that matter for national interest.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The Account Solutions Architect, Federal is the named technical partner for U.S. government agencies across CoreWeave's full platform — spanning infrastructure to inference. You'll work alongside federal customers to design AI workloads that meet mission requirements while aligning with federal AI compliance standards. You'll lead proofs of concept end-to-end, partner with Account Executives and federal teams on technical strategy, and serve as the bridge between mission needs and our engineering, security, and compliance organizations.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as the named technical partner for federal customers across CoreWeave's full platform</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provide technical guidance on running AI workloads in regulated environments, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), and emerging AI-specific federal standards</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Represent the voice of the federal customer internally — distilling requirements, compliance gaps, and federal use case patterns back to Product, Security, and Engineering</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build reference architectures and enablement content for federal engagements, raising the technical bar of the federal field organization as it scales</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. government security clearance (Secret minimum; TS/SCI strongly preferred); must be eligible to obtain and maintain higher levels of clearance</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years in a solutions engineer, solutions architect, or technical field engineering role, with at least 3 years supporting federal customers</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern deep learning models, including LLMs; experience designing and deploying production agentic applications for real customer use cases</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and authorization processes, plus familiarity running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GovCloud, Azure/Government, or GCP/Government)</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1…
