Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.</p> <p>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <p>As an Anaplan/Pigment Solution Lead, you will help clients modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities through Anaplan and Pigment solutions. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to design scalable connected planning models, lead workstreams, and translate business requirements into practical, high-impact technology solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can lead client discussions while also guiding configuration, model design, and implementation execution.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Anaplan and/or Pigment solutions</li> <li>Implement budgets, forecasts, workforce models, reports, and dashboards within CPM environments</li> <li>Provide technical guidance across design, model architecture, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization</li> <li>Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific platform functionality</li> <li>Participate in and lead client workshops to define implementation strategy and future-state planning processes</li> <li>Configure and customize client environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders</li> <li>Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project scope and level of effort with sales team members</li> <li>Support connected planning use cases across FP&A, workforce planning, sales planning, supply chain, incentive compensation, and scenario modeling</li> <li>Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology</li> <li>Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serve as the go-to resource on project-related inquiries</li> <li>Travel to client sites as needed</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have: </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 4–6+ years of systems consulting or CPM model development experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field</li> <li>Strong experience with Anaplan required</li> <li>Pigment experience preferred</li> <li>Hands-on Anaplan or Pigment model-building experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Strong financial planning, FP&A, and/or management accounting background</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of connected planning concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, driver-based planning, and scenario analysis</li> <li>Previous experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable CPM solutions</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex business logic into sustainable system design</li> <li>Experience with integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, and related source systems</li> <li>Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills</li> <li>Strong client relationship, organization, and prioritization capabilities</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A self-starter with a strong work ethic</li> <li>A leader of others; you lead by example</li> <li>A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels</li> <li>Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to…
