Advanced Services is a multi-skilled global team responsible for value added services and product customization. Advanced Services works on customized solutions on NICE products for global customers. You are joining as a core member of the Advanced Services development team. If you are passionate about great software development and care about the quality of your work, you should join our team!

How will you make an impact?

• Design and develop quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements

• Work as part of the development team towards the application in an aggressive deadline

• Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards

• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions

• Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members

• Fix bugs and care about enterprise grade quality

• Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components

• Pro-actively contribute to process improvement activities

• Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing

Have you got what it takes?

• 2-4 years of experience as software engineer

• Strong experience of development on Windows ecosystem, use of Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET Language, MVC, WebAPI.

• Knowledge of implementing service to service communication using WCF, Sockets, use of networking protocols

• Knowledge on MVC, AngularJS, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX

• Experienced with developing highly scalable, multi-user, multi-threaded, secured Enterprise grade applications

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, very good English

• Hands on development required

• Telephony Experience
