Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)

• Manage company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X

• Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports

• Run paid social media campaigns when required

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency

• Track competitors and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)

• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
