Research current trends, viral sounds, competitors and content opportunities within the skincare and lifestyle niche.

Write engaging scripts for educational and lifestyle content, allowing the business owner to simply film the footage before it is edited.

Edit supplied footage into engaging short-form social media content (simple editing only).

Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and customer enquiries while directing customers to the appropriate website links where required.

Manage customer emails, including collaboration enquiries, influencer opportunities and general customer support.

Process customer orders and assist with delivery and tracking enquiries.

Complete basic website updates, including products, pricing, banners and other website content changes.

Proactively contribute fresh ideas, identify opportunities and help grow the brand's social media presence.

Provide general administrative support as required.
