We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our digital presence across multiple platforms. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage campaigns independently while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms

• Manage daily community engagement (comments, messages, reviews)

• Monitor trends and adjust strategy to maximize reach and engagement

• Track analytics, measure KPIs, and provide performance reports

• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance

• Collaborate remotely with marketing, design, and leadership teams

• Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals

• Conduct competitor and market research

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms

• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Willing to work in US Business Hours
