About this role

Social Media & Content Coordinator (Remote, Contract)
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Coordinator to grow our brand presence, engage our community, and produce content that educates, entertains, and converts — across social, email, and YouTube.

This is a remote, international contractor position. Due to our current entity structure, we're only able to engage candidates who are based and authorized to work outside the United States at the time of contract. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where they currently reside, as we're unable to sponsor relocation or work authorization for this role.

Turn technical/industry topics into clear, reader-friendly content for homeowners, residents, and investors

Write monthly newsletters and drip campaign content with strong subject lines

Design & Video

Design social graphics, carousels, and reel covers in Canva using our brand kit

Create custom YouTube thumbnails and in-video graphics (titles, lower-thirds, callouts)

Maintain the weekly content calendar and build out posts/carousels

Research trending topics in property management, real estate, and homeownership

Respond to comments and proactively engage with local/partner accounts to build reach

Local SEO

Write and design weekly Google Business Profile posts and graphics for each of our 4 markets

Maintain GBP listings and upload fresh photos weekly

Support local search visibility using market-specific keywords

What We're Looking For

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Solid grasp of social media marketing, YouTube, and community engagement

Newsletter/email campaign experience

Canva proficiency (thumbnails, in-video graphics); video editing skills a plus

Bonus: background in property management, real estate, or service industries; familiarity with local SEO
