Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we’re just getting started.</p> <p><strong>Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.</strong></p> <h4><strong>About the role</strong></h4> <p>We're looking for a Social Growth Manager who sees social for what it really is: the fastest distribution engine in the market. Not a broadcasting function. Not a content calendar exercise. A growth lever.</p> <p>You'll own social media across both products, turning a library of existing content into a pipeline, creating new ones, running creative campaigns that actually land, and making sure everything happening in the field and community shows up loud on social media.</p> <h4><strong>What you'll own:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and relevant social media channels</li> <li>Repurposing existing assets (speaking engagements, influencer videos, PR, DevRel content) into social-native formats that drive reach and conversion</li> <li>Running creative brand growth campaigns on social that build awareness and drive action</li> <li>Managing content production or repurposement end to end, from brief to publish</li> <li>Bridging social with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer marketing, Community activations, and DevRel moments to amplify reach and engagement</li> <li>Growth experiments: what format, what channel, what message moves the number and engagement</li> <li>Owning social-attributed pipeline and audience growth metrics</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who you are:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>You think in distribution, funnels and systems </li> <li>AI-native, you use AI tools to produce, repurpose, and scale </li> <li>You've grown an audience or a channel from scratch and have the numbers to prove it</li> <li>You know how to work across teams (field, community, DevRel) and turn their work into social fuel</li> <li>Creative enough to concept a campaign, analytical enough to know if it worked</li> <li>Comfortable in developer and cloud-native ecosystems, or fast to get there</li> </ul> <h4>What’s in it for you?</h4> <ul> <li>Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment.</li> <li>Collaborate with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="356">Equity options.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="451">Get quick feedback with a fast-paced workflow.
