THE ROLE

As a Solution Architect, SKU Transformation & Master Data Management, you will architect the foundational enterprise data models that power fast, seamless product launches across Everpure™. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and operational execution, serving as the strategic architect for our Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Operations, you will design scalable frameworks that ensure total data integrity, streamline New Product Introductions (NPI), and drive business agility worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Architect End-to-End Enterprise Data Models: Design and implement scalable Product Master and MDM architectures connecting ERP, CRM, PLM, and billing systems to enable seamless data flow and support dynamic, bundled product offerings.

• Lead SKU Transformation & Governance: Establish global data governance frameworks, validation rules, and stewardship workflows to rationalize legacy catalog items, mitigate operational risks (e.g., duplicates, inconsistent hierarchies), and maintain high-fidelity data integrity.

• Accelerate New Product Introductions (NPI): Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to build automated, repeatable onboarding workflows that bring new offerings from PLM to market faster and with zero system friction.

• Drive Measurable Business Impact: Establish trackable NPI readiness milestones, lifecycle versioning, and integration patterns to significantly reduce time-to-market and ensure flawless operational launch execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Solution Architecture Expertise: Comprehensive experience designing enterprise-grade solution architectures centered on Master Data Management (MDM), SKU transformation, and NPI enablement.

• Deep Technical Mastery in MDM & Data Modeling: Demonstrated success building robust product master data models (attributes, hierarchies, relationships) and configuring data stewardship, security, validation, and integration patterns across ERP, CRM, and billing platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Oracle PDH, or similar).

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven capability to guide complex cross-system integration programs, align cross-functional stakeholders around governance standards, and connect technical design to strategic business outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with AI development agents and utilizing AI-driven tools to automate workflows, optimize data analysis, and accelerate proposal development.

• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$205,000—$308,000 USD
