With a focus on leveraging technology, automation, and remote operations to enhance efficiencies, Atlas is centered around a core mission of improving human beings’ access to hydrocarbons that power our lives and, by doing so, maximizing value creation for our shareholders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>How You Will Make an Impact:<br></strong>The Shop Technician is responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing lease generator fleet alongside customer owned generators.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and assembly of natural gas generators.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to generator operators.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform generator assessments and alert clients on issues that will prohibit their generators from passing inspection.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use the correct tools and use them safely.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Abide by all policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Minimum Requirements: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mechanic tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">An aptitude for mechanical service, diagnosis, and repair.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience with repairing equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Time management and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective communication and customer service skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Read and follow complex directions in manuals and relay information in reports.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Pass a drug screening.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Clean motor vehicle record.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Love About Us:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li…
