Shift Leader – Curryclub WOLF Antwerp

* Coordinate our activities in our food stall on WOLF food market in Antwerp. Committed to giving the best experience possible, delivering the Mission style of service. * Lead the startup, shift & handover of the shift. * Help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food. * Operate the fryer, oven & BBQ during service. * Prepare, arrange, and garnish dishes during service. * Lead by example of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food & drinks, and engaging with customers. * Respect safety standards during the work & maintain a clean workspace and take care of kitchen tools.  * Ensure all FAVV & HACCP regulations are followed. (From labelling, storing, FIFO and logging reports) * Cleaning and restoring everything for the next shift.

* Start date: Immediate * Salary according to PC 302 – Category 5 (€16.88/hour) * Fulltime contract (38h) * Weekend and evening work * Split shift on 2 days * Based in the region of Antwerp
