The Supervisor of Shared Services Operations leads a high-impact team responsible for centralized operational functions that support Implementation, Services, and Compliance across the organization. This role owns end-to-end workflows for mail processing, driver and asset data management, system configuration builds, document imaging, and cross-functional operational support.

This leader ensures accuracy, scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement across a function processing tens of thousands of documents annually and resolving 10,000+ tickets per year, while serving as a critical backbone to client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
