Job Title: ServiceNow UI Builder Developer Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Ideal Profile: 6-10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations involving CSM Workspace, UI Builder, and ServiceNow migration activities and the ServiceNow certification is mandatory. 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center

Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations

Experience in ServiceNow instance migration activities, including data migration, update sets, application migration, and environment upgrades

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA Must possess at least 1 year of experience for setting configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances Must be proficient in deployment validation and operationalization of custom apps on NOW platform must possess at least 1 year of proven experience Must be able to configure and customize ITSM ITOM ITAM At least 1 year of app development experience Nice to have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD Skills Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITSM Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Workspace development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern user experiences using UI Builder, developing customer-facing workspaces, implementing integrations, and supporting migration initiatives across ServiceNow environments. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive pages using ServiceNow UI Builder.

Configure and customize CSM Workspace, Customer Service Workspaces, and Employee Center.

Build and maintain pages, variants, reusable components, app shells, and workspace experiences.

Configure data resources, client state parameters, event handlers, and custom bindings.

Develop custom applications and customer-facing experiences using UI Builder.

Support ServiceNow migration initiatives, including: Instance-to-instance migrations

Data migrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps

Application migration using Update Sets and Source Control

Upgrade and deployment activities across environments

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions.

Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and optimize workspace performance and user experience.
