In this role, you will apply process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.</p> <p><strong>Here's what you'll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps</li> <li>Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones</li> <li>Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements</li> <li>Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders</li> <li>Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>Here's what you need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar</li> <li>3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li> <li>Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security Clearance: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
