ServiceNow Engineer (Forms & Ansible Integration)

<p><strong>Day to Day </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows within <strong>ServiceNow</strong></li> <li>Configure and customize modules such as:</li> <ul> <li>Incident Management</li> <li>Change Management</li> <li>Service Catalog</li> </ul> <li>Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms</li> <li>Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting</li> <li>Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especially <strong>Ansible Automation Platform</strong> for automated provisioning and remediation</li> <li>Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations</li> <li>Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate operational processes</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations</li> <li>Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards</li> <li>Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations</li> </ul>
