In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories </li> <li>Provide process flow and other required system documentation </li> <li>Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution </li> <li>Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met </li> <li>May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution </li> <li>Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution</li> <li>Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience with ServiceNow development</li> <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ITSM experience</li> <li>Security+ certification</li> <li>Custom application development experience</li> <li>HRSD experience</li> <li>CMDB experience</li> <li>ITOM experience</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraph</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
