We take pride in our reliable 24/7 service and exceptional customer support. As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Service Technician to join our team in Syracuse, NY. Position Summary: The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage dispensing equipment, soda systems, and related appliances at customer locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products are served at their best quality and our customers remain fully operational.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver, install, and remove beverage equipment including soda fountains, CO₂ tanks, and ice machines at customer sites. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in beverage dispensing systems. Perform regular maintenance and sanitation services on installed equipment. Use diagnostic tools to identify issues such as leaks, electrical faults, or refrigeration malfunctions. Replace or repair faulty components including pumps, valves, compressors, switches, and wiring. Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation and beverage quality. Complete accurate service reports, logs, and customer documentation. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety protocols. Represent the company in a professional manner, wearing a company uniform and delivering excellent customer service. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience in beverage or refrigeration equipment service is a plus. Trade school certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical is preferred. Strong understanding of tools, mechanical systems, and basic electrical concepts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks regularly. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset. Benefits Why Join Us?
