About this role
Our client is the third-largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world. This is the exclusive distributor of heavy machinery including excavators and earth-moving equipment in Thailand.
What are your tasks? • Service Operations: Set up the after-sales system, manage annual budgets, and optimize regional SOPs. • After-Sales Management: Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and tech support while reducing downtime. • Parts & Maintenance: Manage spare parts inventory to control costs and drive repair revenue. • CRM: Maintain relationships with key clients and resolve major customer complaints. • Network Construction: Expand the nationwide service network and evaluate third-party service providers. • Team Development: Structure the service team, set KPIs, and organize professional training. • Risk & Analysis: Analyze operational data to implement cost-reduction programs and management reports.
Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or higher. · Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechatronics, construction machinery, and business administration. · 5-10 years of experience in managing services within the construction machinery industry. · At least 5 years of experience in managing a service department or serving as a service director. · Familiarity with construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and graders. · Prior experience in a major heavy industry company is a plus. · Familiarity with after-sales service systems and operational management for construction machinery. · Proficient in maintenance management, spare parts management, and service network development. · Possesses strong managerial and team leadership skills. · Possesses excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. · Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
