What Your Day Looks Like
Diagnose and recommend options for homeowners to add, remove, replace and upgrade their electrical needs
Handle residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs
Diagnose circuits and equipment using modern tools and tech
Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs smooth
Put safety first and raise the bar for quality
Knock out additional tasks with confidence and pride
Requirements
18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
MN Journeyman license required
Hands-on residential electrical experience
Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
Strong communication and technical electrical skills
Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation
$50–$60/hour+
OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
