**Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain **Windows** and **Linux** servers within virtualized environments.
* Execute system updates and patches through formal change control processes.
* Perform backup, restore, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the server infrastructure.
* Support infrastructure qualification processes, including IQ/OQ, and prepare necessary documentation.
* Ensure data integrity by managing access controls and monitoring audit trails.
* Participate in deviations, CAPA processes, and infrastructure audits.
* Operate in accordance with SOPs and maintain accurate technical documentation.
