<div class="section page-centered"> <p>We are seeking an AI-native Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of enterprise software in an AI-first&nbsp;world. This role is for designers who are driven to deeply understand users and translate complex supply&nbsp;chain challenges into intuitive, elegant experiences. You will join a team redefining how products are&nbsp;conceived, designed, and built — leveraging AI to accelerate insight, decision-making, and execution.&nbsp;This role sits at the intersection of enterprise UX, AI-enabled workflows, systems thinking, and business&nbsp;outcomes. You will help define how intelligent capabilities are surfaced inside complex operational workflows&nbsp;while also evolving how UX itself is practiced in an AI-centered product development lifecycle. You will work&nbsp;closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI teams, and executive stakeholders to&nbsp;design scalable, trustworthy, and high-impact experiences for some of the world's most complex supply&nbsp;chain environments.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define experience strategy across key platform<br>areas — shaping not just what we build, but how intelligent, AI-driven capabilities are surfaced and<br>experienced.</li> <li>Lead problem framing and user insight development for complex supply chain workflows, leveraging a<br>mix of user research, data, and AI-assisted discovery techniques to uncover high-impact opportunities.</li> <li>Translate ambiguity into clear experience direction using appropriate fidelity — from rapid concepts to<br>information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, design specifications, and<br>polished high-fidelity UI designs.</li> <li>Design AI-centered user experiences that leverage recommendation systems, intelligent automation,<br>conversational interfaces, predictive intelligence, decision-support workflows, and agentic interaction<br>models.</li> <li>Use AI-assisted workflows throughout the UX process — including research synthesis, ideation,<br>prototyping, content generation, design exploration, usability analysis, and documentation<br>acceleration.</li> <li>Drive continuous validation and learning, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate<br>experience effectiveness and inform product decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate deeply with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation — iterating in real<br>time, influencing trade-offs, and ensuring experiences meet a high bar for usefulness, usability, and<br>polish.</li> <li>Act as a strong UX voice in cross-functional decision-making, advocating for user and business<br>outcomes while helping teams navigate complexity and ambiguity.</li> <li>Shape and scale design systems and interaction patterns that support consistency while enabling<br>innovation — particularly for AI-driven and data-rich experiences.</li> <li>Contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation, raising the bar for craft, systems thinking,<br>and the role of UX in an AI-centered product development lifecycle.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h3>Your Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications, with a track record of simplifying<br>challenging workflows into intuitive, high-impact experiences.</li> <li>Experience designing adaptive AI-infused experiences that combine intelligent guidance, automation,<br>conversational workflows, and decision-support capabilities while preserving usability, explainability,<br>user agency, and operational trust. Strong demonstrated curiosity, strategic thinking, and learning<br>agility are valued where direct experience may be limited.</li> <li>Experience leading UX for meaningful product areas or initiatives, influencing direction across product,<br>engineering, and design.</li> <li>Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking — from problem framing and user insight through<br>to shipped outcomes.</li> <li>Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand and design within complex technical domains<br>(e.g., integrations, data platforms, supply chain systems).</li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear experience direction, translating loosely defined<br>problems into actionable design strategies.</li> <li>Experience integrating user research and product data into decisions, combining qualitative and<br>quantitative inputs to drive outcomes.</li> <li>Deep collaboration with engineering teams, influencing trade-offs and ensuring high-quality<br>implementation in iterative environments.</li> <li>Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate rationale and align cross-<br>functional stakeholders.</li> <li>High bar for craft and detail, delivering polished, cohesive experiences that balance usefulness,<br>usability, and visual quality.</li> </ul> </div> <h3 class="section page-centered"><strong>A few things we have to offer:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <div class="section page-centered"> <ul> <li>Compensation $140,000 to $160,000 + bonus opportunity&nbsp;</li> <li>Great Healthcare + Dental + Vision</li> <li>Flexible PTO</li> <li>Culture of support, encouraging Life-Work balance</li> <li>401k…
