Senior UI/UX Developer

About this role

Advansys is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
You will conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices within the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and successful projects.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups effectively communicating design ideas.
Strong communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers.
